  1. Short: Displays time as english sentence (SPEAK:)

  3.     QTime is a simple program to display the current time in an informal way.
  4.   Instead of saying 11:44pm it says "It is almost a quarter to midnight".  It
  5.   is specially useful when used in conjunction with the SPEAK:  device, since
  6.   it  allows  the  time  to  be spoken in a more natural form.  It works both
  7.   under  WB1.3  and WB2.0.  This is version 1.0.  Includes portable source in
